As a first order of business we thought you might like to know why we are filling your time and cyberspace, and who we are.

We are bloggers/blogsters/blogmen dedicated to the concept that "Humour is the best medicine." 

Giorgio Coniglio: site editor-in-chief and principal contributor

Giorgio is a registered pseudonym, with a name borrowed from an illustrious pet rabbit. A native of Canada, living part of the year in the United States, Giorgio honours his Italian roots, but loves to travel to a variety of tourist sites, both in reality and in his imagination. Giorgio creates and performs most of the specific entries on these blogs, including poetry, song-lyrics, political satire, nature- and other photography, computer art and wordplay. Giorgio is essentially fluent in English, but enjoys a  working knowledge of French, Italian, Oaf and Hare, and can muster smatterings of Japanese, Latin, Catalan, Spanish, Yiddish, Pig-Latin, Hebrew, Scouse, Russian and Doggerel when occasion demands. 

Dr G.H.: editor emeritus, and senior advisor

Dr.G.H. is a real but retired human, linked to his protege Giorgio by an inseparable bond. He serves as site director and to a limited extent as co-creator. 

The "Doc' can direct and critique the more arcane part of our  output through his extensive experience in medicine, with formal specialty training in internal medicine and nuclear imaging in both Canada and the United States, and less formal interests in cardiovascular pharmacology, toxicology, biomedical statistics etc. Dr.G.H shares many of Giorgio's political and social viewpoints. but displaying a more polished, professional and kindly interface.
